This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) sets out the personal data (hereinafter — the Data) that may be requested from users (hereinafter — the User) on the website andreypr.com (hereinafter — the Website), as well as the ways such data is processed.

The Policy also applies to information that Individual Entrepreneur Andrey V. Proskuryakov (hereinafter — the Operator) has obtained as a result of the User's use of the Website.

1. Subject of the Policy

1.1. The User expresses and confirms consent to the Policy, regardless of registration, upon obtaining access to or using any features of the Website. Otherwise the User must stop using the Website.

If the User does not agree to the processing of personal and other data with the Yandex.Metrica tool, the User must stop using the Website.

1.3. Personal data of the User subject to processing:

1.4. Technical data of the User subject to processing:

• IP address;
• browser data;
• information from cookies;
• time of visiting the Website;
• page address;
• address of the previous page.

2. Purposes of Data processing

2.1. The Operator uses the User's data for the following purposes:

• identifying the User in order to place an order;
• notifications about the order status;
• processing and receiving payments;
• feedback and communication with the User;
• conducting marketing, statistical and other research;
• promotion of goods, works and services on the market.

3. Methods and terms of Data processing

3.1. The Policy comes into force from the moment the User first visits the Website and remains in force indefinitely.

5. Rights and obligations

5.4. The Operator has the right to amend the Policy. The User is obliged to monitor changes independently.

6. Dispute resolution

6.1. Disputes and disagreements between the User and the Operator on matters related to the Policy are resolved through negotiations.

6.2. If the User and the Operator fail to reach agreement through negotiations, the dispute is referred to the court.
